OUR PURPOSE
To promote the welfare of the children at W. Robert Eissler Elementary. To foster cooperation between parents/guardians and teachers in the education of children at Eissler Elementary. To unite parent/guardian, teacher, school and community efforts in securing the best educational and recreational experience for all students at Eissler Elementary. To engage in fundraising activities for the educational and recreational benefit of Eissler Elementary, it's children, teachers and staff as determined by the Eissler PTO.

To create a thriving, inclusive school community where every child’s full potential is nurtured through strong family partnerships, supportive teachers, and enriching opportunities. To empower our Eissler Eagles to soar academically, socially and emotionally.

A NOTE ON TRANSPARENCY
All Eissler Elementary PTO board members are unpaid volunteers with no financial interest or personal gain from PTO activities. We are committed to integrity and follow strict conflict of interest policies, our official PTO bylaws, and all Conroe ISD guidelines. Every financial transaction is tracked and reported, and our budget and meeting minutes are always open to the public. Our only goal is to support Eissler’s students, staff, and community with transparency and heart.
